Hello Card
Hi Everyone!
It's been a while! I have been in a bit of a crafter's block since leaving Stampin' Up! I'm wasn't too sure where to start or begin. But I think I may be starting to come out of it phew!
Here's the first card I have made since Mother's Day, I have to say it was fun and such a relief to make this card, and also felt like I was released from Stampin' Up! (Does that make sense, probably not to you!) I will try and explain it, when I was an Independent Demonstrator for Stampin' Up!, I felt like I was trapped into using their products, as I felt it would be wrong (and against their policy) to use other craft brands, I think this is why I fell into crafter's block. I can't even begin to explain how awesome it feels to use different brands, and buy different brands! I know I could have still purchased and used other products while I was with Stampin' Up!, but it felt wrong (again if that makes sense!). Right now I have had my say let's get onto the card!
I am really pleased how it turned out! I used the Chameleon Color Tones pens to colour in the sunflowers and vase. I'm still new to using them, so I am still working out what works best for me, but I still think it looks alright!
