Lemon and Lime Twist birthday card

Hey Everyone! 

What's this? I'm posting again! Yay! 

Being a demonstrator means I get to be a part of a fabulous community! And one of those communities I am apart of is The Artful Stampers which is run by Alisa Tilsner. Each week Alisa posts a colour of the week and challenges all of us to create a card using primarly that colour. This week was: 

Its not one of my favourite colours which is why it was the perfect challenge for me! I got my inspiration for this card from the front cover of the Sale-a-Bration catalogue which has just ended. I love how the card turned out! 

I really wanted the Lemon Lime Twist to be the star of this card which is why I decided to do some background stamping on the card base, I just love how effective it turned out. The butterfly also has that pop of Lemon Lime Twist which ties everything together.
